Terms and conditions

• Our cancellation policy is a respectful twenty-four hours prior to the start time of allocated lesson. Any cancellation within this twenty-four-hour period, will be charged to the canceller for requested lesson if Instructor is unable to re-allocate this time slot. All Instructors will make every effort to work with Learner/Payee in this regard.

• Please note that in some cases we may have to reschedule a lesson due to another learner taking their test.

• All offers are subject to availability and Aim2Drive have the right to refuse Lessons to Learners who behave or conduct themselves in an inappropriate or unruly manner.

• All offers are subject to change without any notice

• The course rates listed are not available for automatic cars

• All lesson bookings and cancellations must be notified by telephone during office hours (08:00-20:00). We can accept notification via text message, but the canceller must confirm message of acceptance of cancellation from Aim2Drive.

• If you have chosen to undertake on-road driving tuition in a motor vehicle, this agreement is between you and your Aim2Drive instructor.

• The instructor shall provide you with driving tuition at the rate per hour communicated to you from time to time. Prices for lessons may be reduced through marketing promotions or at the discretion of the instructor.

• Most on-road lessons are scheduled to last 1 or 2 hours, although in certain circumstances lessons more than 2 hours are available at the discretion of the instructor and fitness of learner to undertake such.
